Choose a route to suit your needs
We strongly advise that you embark and disembark at Chelsea Harbour Pier for several reasons.
The central London piers are very busy with the Thames Clippers and pleasure boats running to a schedule and they take priority over the occasional casual booking. There is a charge for each visit, the time allocated is short and punctuality is very important. There will also be a positioning charge to get the boat to and from your chosen pier.
Chelsea Harbour Pier is Aberdonia's 'home' pier so there are no extra charges. There is no rush to get aboard, and it is easier for anyone who may need a little extra time or help. It is easier if you have bags with you. It is close to Imperial Wharf Station on the London Overground, with trains every 15 minutes from Clapham Junction, and links with the tube at West Brompton (District Line) and Shepherds Bush (Central Line). There is secure parking in Chelsea Harbour's car parks.
However, if you wish we are able to pick you up and drop you off at some of the piers marked on the map below.
To help you plan your trip rough timings from Chelsea Harbour, going downriver into the heart of the city, or upriver towards Putney and Richmond are listed in the table below. It is, of course, also possible to plan a trip all points of interest; but all options will be fully discussed before a booking is taken.
